Excellent customer service to manage return of my item and refund. Keep your packaging box in good condition if you are considering return. Repackaging the item to ship international was an inconvenience to custom size the box to exact shipping requirements (not a commercially available standard size box).Reason for return: 1-the color was misrepresented in the picture; light/ red toned leather versus pictured dark deep brown. 2- despite efforts to air out the product, the leather had a smell that i could not accept.
Each coin purse is made with fine details and I loved the colours! Beautiful design and great quality of leather, I highly recommend them.

It arrived without the filling (as per description) and the make is good. However, I still cannot use it as it is too smelly! It smells like a combination of paint and raw hide. I have been airing it out from the day I received it, around 2 weeks now. Still too smelly to put in the living room.
I ordered two leather poufs and eagerly awaited their delivery. I had to wait more than four weeks because they are made to order, but it was worth the extra time given the exceptional quality of the product. It was even better than I expected. The color is perfect and true to colors on the website. Just the right size. The workmanship is remarkable, with great attention to detail and the stitching is very precise; Great quality and well worth the price. I'm VERY HAPPY with these purchases and have had lots of compliments!
Ordered on 3/10/25 and as of today, 3/30 I have not received. Will update review when item arrives, hopefully soon.
The ottoman is pretty and the smaller size I needed, but I’m not happy with the quality. The grey is much darker than the photo, so it doesn’t blend well with my decor, and the seams on the side are actually just the edges of the leather sticking out instead of tucked. It may be how these are made, but it’s not what I expected. It costs too much in postage to return it, so I’m asking friends if they want it. I won’t purchase from the Corridor again.
