Japandi Home Decor with Moroccan Textures - Moroccan Corridor®

Japandi living room with a creamy-white Beni Ourain rug, brown Nelya leather ottoman, Caramel Beige blanket and rectangular Zanafi cushion with raised ivory geometric motifs.

Japandi — Moroccan Home Edit

Moroccan pieces for a Japandi interior, selected for quiet geometry, tactile wool and the depth of brown leather. A plain creamy-white Beni Ourain rug establishes an open foundation; the rectangular Nelya pouf, Caramel / Beige blanket and Zanafi cushions bring warmth and definition without a strong colour contrast.

Keep the surrounding space considered and uncluttered. Pair these pieces with plain linen, natural wood and a few understated ceramics, giving each texture room to be seen. Choose the slightly rectangular Zanafi 003 for an open geometric accent, or the square Zanafi 002 for a denser surface in relief.

Compose the look

Begin with the creamy wool of a plain Beni Ourain rug, then introduce the depth of brown leather through the low, rectangular Nelya pouf. A Caramel / Beige blanket adds a soft layer; the raised ivory geometry of Zanafi 003 gives the composition a quiet point of interest. Keep upholstery plain, leave space around each piece and let texture carry the room. Four pieces, four distinct roles.

The Rug

An open foundation.

Begin with a plain creamy-white Beni Ourain rug. Its quiet surface gives the brown leather and raised cushion geometry room to stand out. Keep the surrounding furniture simple and leave part of the wool visible rather than covering it with smaller accents.

The Pouf

Depth, without excess.

Set the rectangular brown Nelya pouf against the pale wool foundation. Its low profile and simple leather panels introduce a deeper tone without adding another pattern. Leave space around it so its outline remains clear, balancing the softness of the sofa with a more defined form.

Shown filled. Choose your preferred size and filling option on the product page. The stuffed option is listed for the USA and UK.

The Blanket

Warmth in a single layer.

Drape the Caramel / Beige blanket over one arm of the sofa, leaving the pale upholstery visible. Its soft beige surface bridges the creamy rug and deeper brown leather, while the caramel pompoms add a relaxed finish. A single fold is enough; let the fabric settle naturally rather than arranging every edge.

Choose your preferred blanket size on the product page. Each piece in this composition is sold separately.

The Cushion

Geometry, softly held.

Place a single Zanafi 003 cushion against plain linen. Its raised ivory geometry brings a clear rhythm to the beige wool surface, while the slightly rectangular shape keeps the composition relaxed. Let this be the patterned accent rather than surrounding it with competing designs. For a square alternative with a denser surface in relief, explore Zanafi 002 in the selection above.

Shown with an insert. Choose the cover-only option or the option with an insert on the product page. Zanafi 002 is offered separately as an alternative.

The Bedroom

A quieter place to land.

Bring the same palette into the bedroom: creamy wool beneath the bed, plain ivory linen above it and dark wood to define the frame. Lay the Caramel / Beige blanket across the lower bed and place a single Zanafi 003 cushion against the sleeping pillows. The rectangular brown Nelya pouf at the foot of the bed carries the deeper tone through the room. Keep bedside surfaces clear and let the contrast between wool, linen and leather do the work.

Each piece is sold separately. The pouf and cushion are shown filled; check filling and insert options on their product pages. Choose rug dimensions and blanket size to suit your room.
