Moroccan Corridor

Handwoven Moroccan Azilal Rug — Ivory & Brown Abstract | 100 × 150 cm

Crafted in Azilal region

$479.00

A rug that draws like a hand. On a ground of thick natural ivory wool, flowing lines in undyed brown sweep diagonally across the field — loosely parallel, organic, unhurried — before dissolving into more complex, gestural forms in the lower corner. The result reads like a landscape seen from above, or a drawing made without lifting the pen. Discover the full guide to Moroccan weaving techniques →

This is Azilal weaving at its most contemporary: two natural colours, no dye, no geometry — only the movement of the weaver's hand translated into pile. The brown wool is naturally pigmented, the ivory entirely undyed. Both are hand-shorn from Moroccan sheep raised in the Atlas highlands.

  • Size: 100 × 150 cm

The Handwoven Moroccan Azilal Rug — Ivory & Brown Abstract | 100 × 150 cm is a sensational customer favorite, and we hope you like it just as much.

Lines That Follow No Rule

The Azilal tradition has always been freer than other Moroccan rug-making schools — less bound by geometry, more open to the gesture of the individual weaver. In this piece, that freedom is fully expressed: the brown lines move across the ivory field without a fixed destination, finding their own logic as they go.

Both colours are entirely natural — the ivory undyed, the brown the colour of the wool itself, as it came from the sheep. No dye was added. What you see is the material in its most honest form, shaped only by the hand that wove it.

More Than a Store

Moroccan Corridor was not created to sell Moroccan products. It was created to preserve, celebrate, and share the remarkable craftsmanship traditions that have shaped Morocco for centuries.

Every object we present begins long before it reaches a home. It begins with a material, a place, a workshop, and the hands of an artisan whose knowledge has often been passed down through generations.

Our role is simple: To identify exceptional craftsmanship and bring it to those who value authenticity, beauty, and cultural heritage.

We do not manufacture. We do not mass-produce.

We select.
