Cancellation Policy

It is important to note that our products are made to order. Once the production process has begun, the materials cannot be reused. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. Please refer to our cancellation policy below for details.

  1. Orders cancelled within 12 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a 90% refund.
  2. Orders cancelled 12 - 24 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund including the full shipping cost (if applicable) and 50% of the product purchase price.
  3. Orders cancelled 24 - 48 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund including the full shipping cost (if applicable) and 30% of the product purchase price. Orders cancelled after 48 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a refund including the full shipping cost only (if applicable).
  4. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Warranty & Return

Warranty Terms:

Our 15 day returns warranty starts from the date you receive our product. If you have any problem with the item please feel free to contact immediately our Customer Support Team

Warranty Process:

To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process, please indicate in your email all the details of your order, such as your order number and the product name. Then kindly follow these 3 steps:

1. Please describe the issue and provide us with pictures (under 2MB) that display the problem and show the items outer packaging. For help with this, please contact our Customer Support Team.

2. Once we have reviewed all the details above, we will arrange a return under the warranty RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

3. Please ship the package according to the RMA instructions provided by our team

Warranty Compensation:

Items under the 15 days warranty should be returned to our warehouse with an RMA form provided by our Customer Support Team, we will allow a return for a refund as long the item is unused/unworn with all its labels, tags and original packaging. Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping.

Return Costs:

Customers have to cover the shipping fees to return the items. This cost is non-refundable. Customers should provide us the return parcel tracking information. We will proceed with compensation once we receive the items.

Return Policies:

Customer must return the package as per our instructions and the shipping address indicated on the RMA document. Customers must also cover the shipping fee for returning the package, packages must be sent only after Customer Support Team have authorized the return. Packages sent back without authorization or not according to RMA instructions will not be accepted. Please contact our Customer Service for further advice.

Warranty Exceptions:

Return: Items which are exempt from refunds include gifts and any discounted products.

Exchanges: We apologize but we are unable to process exchanges for orders shipping internationally. If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please email us at complains@moroccancorridor.com
