Our Quality Standards
Our Quality
Standards.
Every piece that leaves a Moroccan Corridor® workshop has passed through a rigorous, multi-stage quality process. No exceptions. No compromises.
Quality is not a feature.
It is the foundation.
At Moroccan Corridor®, quality is not a marketing claim — it is a discipline applied at every stage of production, from the selection of raw hides and natural fibres to the final inspection before a piece is packed for shipment. We do not offer tiered quality levels. Every customer receives the same standard, regardless of order size or price point.
Our quality framework covers four domains: materials, craftsmanship, finishing, and durability. Each is assessed independently and held to a non-negotiable minimum threshold.
What we check.
Every single time.
Three checkpoints.
Zero shortcuts.
Checkpoint 1 — At the workshop: Each piece is inspected by the producing artisan and by our team before leaving the workshop. Defects identified at this stage are corrected before the piece moves forward.
Checkpoint 2 — At our facility: All pieces undergo a second inspection at our Tétouan facility, where they are assessed against our full quality checklist, photographed, and logged. Pieces that do not pass are quarantined for rework or rejection.
Checkpoint 3 — Pre-shipment: A final check is performed before packaging. We verify that the piece matches its product listing, that packaging is appropriate for international transit, and that no damage has occurred during handling.
How we select our artisans →If a Moroccan Corridor® piece does not meet the standard described on this page, we will make it right. No bureaucracy. No fine print. That is what standing behind your work means.
