The Moroccan leather pouf is one of the most iconic objects in North African craft — and one of the most misunderstood. At Moroccan Corridor, we carry only hand-embroidered moroccan leather poufs made by skilled artisans who treat each piece as both furniture and art.
Every pouf in this collection is crafted from full-grain vegetable-tanned leather, hand-stitched with intricate geometric and floral motifs using fine needles and vibrant thread. The embroidery is not printed or applied — it is sewn directly into the leather surface, one stitch at a time.
The result is a piece that functions as a footrest, a side table, or a sculptural accent — and that becomes more beautiful with use. Moroccan leather pouf embroidered designs vary slightly between pieces, because no two are made by the same hands in exactly the same way.
Stuffed, finished, and ready to ship. Handmade in Morocco by master artisans preserving a centuries-old craft.
