This beautiful Moroccan Beni Ourain style wool rug was hand-knotted in Morocco, Moroccan women used a natural virgin lamb wool to create this antique rug which is fashioned into a pillow cover, Refashioned from a Flat Weave Rug. Additionally the mixture of colors is very elegant and can suit any space, you can either place it in you couch, bed or you floor, either way will be enjoyable and accessible to a huge amount of warmth.

The Beni Ourain tribes of Morocco’s middle Atlas Mountain region are prolific carpet makers due to the cold in these mountains, the are normally very heavy long pile rugs to insulate and keep them warm, the are also used to sleep on and the long pile wool keeps in their warmth.

Each piece has a unique intricate design, and no two will every be exactly the same, in other word each design is distinctive, each pillow will be slightly different as each pillow is unique.
